management; Owner and Resident. Our goal is to
provide our customers with personal attention and

Us
Mary
Ann McClure has been a resident of Barstow for over
50 years. Mary is the owner of Area Rentals
and has been in the property management business for
over 24 years. Mary is active in the Barstow
Community and a Charter Member of the Mojave
Crossroads Kiwanis Club. Mary has served as
past Director and Vice President and is currently
serving as Treasurer of Mojave Crossroads Kiwanis
Club. Area Rentals staff are all lifelong
residents of Barstow and are dedicated to providing
our customers with excellent service.

fee is 10% of one full months rent. Area
Rentals does not collect any money until your
property has been rented.
